KLYX is currently private-beta companion software for prediction markets. Users remain responsible for their own exchange accounts and for complying with the terms and eligibility requirements of the exchanges they connect.

KLYX does not custody exchange funds. Trading execution is not part of the current private beta. Product features, supported venues, and availability may change during testing.

Do not use KLYX to post unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or spam content. KLYX may filter content before publication, remove content that violates these beta terms or community safety expectations, and restrict accounts that abuse the social features. Users can block other users and privately report profiles, posts, and comments. Read our community guidelines for examples and reporting expectations.

Users can permanently delete their KLYX account from in-app Settings. Account deletion removes the hosted KLYX identity and associated social content, subject to records KLYX may be legally required to retain. Connected exchange accounts and funds remain with the exchange and are not deleted by KLYX.

These beta terms are a product-stage notice, not final launch terms. Before broad public distribution, KLYX will publish counsel-reviewed terms covering acceptable use, account connectivity, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms, and any additional terms required before trading or automatic sharing can be enabled.
